• Cable lockout devices are extremely flexible and economical and can be used for multipurpose lockout that is a CE Certified product and made to follow OSHA standard.
• Material – ABS or Polypropylene and metal part made of standard steel finish with external threading.
• Bolt molded in the base part of polypropylene device having  holes and upper part  of polypropylene having internal threading for the upper screw.
• KRM LOTO Round Multi Purpose Cable Lockout used to tie the installed device for safety purposes that is made with two parts, Upper and lower – upper parts  having 6 holes & lower part having 8 holes holes
• Cable length if require, at additional cost - 1.5 meter, 2 meter, 3 meter, 5 meter, 10 meter, 20 meter. Standard cable thickness is 4 mm, (5 mm )available on request at additional cost.
• Can be utilized to lock ball valve, gate valve and other electrical equipment that is used for Electrical or mechanical group isolation.
• Color - Red, Yellow, Green, Blue Or as per the required quantity.

Installation Procedure

• TURN THE BOTH VALVE LEVER IN OFF CONDITION
• FIRST FIX PART 1 & 3 ON TWO DIFFERENT LEVER OF VALVE , TIGHT IT.
• AFTER THAT , PUT CABLE OF PART 2 THROUGH HOLE IN
• PART 1 ,THEN PART 3
• ROTATE THE CABLE THROUGH PIPE AND PASS WIRE
• THROUGH SLOT OF PART 2
• ROTATE THE ROUND UPPER KNOB PART AND MAKE IT TIGHT
• PUT LOCK AND TAG TO COMPLETE ISOLATION OF 2 DEVICES
