• ROTATE THE CABLE THROUGH PIPE AND PASS WIRE
• THROUGH SLOT OF PART 2
• ROTATE THE ROUND UPPER KNOB PART AND MAKE IT TIGHT
• PUT LOCK AND TAG TO COMPLETE ISOLATION OF 2 DEVICES
