• TURN THE BOTH VALVE LEVER IN OFF CONDITION
• FIRST FIX PART 1 & 3 ON TWO DIFFERENT LEVER OF VALVE , TIGHT IT.
• AFTER THAT , PUT CABLE OF PART 2 THROUGH HOLE IN
• PART 1 ,THEN PART 3
• ROTATE THE CABLE THROUGH PIPE AND PASS WIRE
• THROUGH SLOT OF PART 2
• ROTATE THE ROUND UPPER KNOB PART AND MAKE IT TIGHT
• PUT LOCK AND TAG TO COMPLETE ISOLATION OF 2 DEVICES

• PART-1 – (KRM-K-MPS) KRM LOTO Multi Purpose Cable Lockout body is in two parts, Shape of Scissor with insulated cable that is having totally six holes in scissor for group isolation.
• PART-2 – (KRM-K-LCBL-T-R-1) Lockout device having molded teeth for strong gripping with round wheel molded with bolt having multi holes for locking. 

Installation Procedure

• TURN LEVER OF VLAVE IN OFF POSTION

• PRESS THE SCISSOR STRAIGHT PART INSIDE AND MAKE IT TIGHT.
• PUT LOCK AND TAG TO COMPLETE ISOLATION
