• Group Lockout Box are compulsory and important safety equipment. All the important material, keys or papers can be placed inside the box and further locked by responsible individuals in crew with their own padlocks until each person task is finished removed when all of them for group isolation
• Single Box
• Material - Mild Steel with duly Phosphate powder coated.
• Resistant t corrosion.
• Locking Mechanism - 4 locks & 1 Control lock
• Front Fascia with transparent cut to insert any document after locking the box.
• Size - 225 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm (or 50 mm as per requirement)
• Material – Made of Mild Steel with duly Phosphate powder coated – 24 Gauge + Front side transparent.
• Polycarbonate sheet + MS Frame + Slit opening at top.
• Wall mounted arrangement 
• Total No of Boxes – 12 (3 Boxes in a row and 4 Boxes in a column)
• Color – Grey, Yellow or as per the quantity required.
• NOTE : BOX & BASE  PLATE WILL BE PACKED SEPARATELY  FOR SAFE TRANSIT.
