KRM LOTO - UNIVERSAL VALVE LOCKOUT DEVICE

• KRM UVLD is designed to lockout almost all type of valves for variable sizes and handle dimensions (Round/Flat/square plain) & different lengths. Valves can also be locked in any position for non lock out uses.
• Material Parts - ABS / PP +  Metal Steel parts + spring.
• Lower Bottom Jaw Grip - 15 mm.
• Use - Locking of Gate Valves / Wheels / Ball Valve.
• Locking - 4 holes for group locking.
• Total Height - 152 mm.
• Color - Red or any color as per quantity.
• Weight - 162 gm.
• Installation Guidelines.
• Compress the top hand wheel knob to open bottom clamp.
• Place the valve lockout device on the valve handle / lever as shown in the image.
• Place padlock with tag in the locking hole.
• Now no one can press the valve handle lever to rotate, it means isolation is completed.
