• TURN THE BOTH VALVE LEVER IN OFF CONDITION
• FIRST FIX PART 1 & 3 ON TWO DIFFERENT LEVER OF VALVE , TIGHT IT.
• AFTER THAT , PUT CABLE OF PART 2 THROUGH HOLE IN
• PART 1 ,THEN PART 3
• ROTATE THE CABLE THROUGH PIPE AND PASS WIRE
• THROUGH SLOT OF PART 2
• ROTATE THE ROUND UPPER KNOB PART AND MAKE IT TIGHT
• PUT LOCK AND TAG TO COMPLETE ISOLATION OF 2 DEVICES

• PART-1 – (KRM-K-RMCLT-6CL) KRM LOTO Round Multipurpose Cable Lockout with knob grip for rotation used to the installed devices for safety purposes that is made with two parts, upper part having six holes and lower part having eight holes
• PART-2 – (KRM-K-CBLL-102 ) Suits to One or Two Way - Easy to handle and suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

Installation Procedure

• Turn lever of valve in off condition
• FIRST FIX PART 2 ON LEVER OF VALVE , TIGHT IT.
• AFTER THAT , PUT CABLE OF PART 1 THROUGH HOLE IN PART 2 
• ROTATE THE CABLE THROUGH PIPE AND PASS WIRE THROUGH SLOT OF PART 1 
• ROTATE THE ROUND UPPER KNOB PART AND MAKE IT TIGHT 
• PUT LOCK AND TAG TO COMPLETE ISOLATION
